From the Inside Out is a six-week online course hosted by Renovaré (B&I) that offers an excellent introduction for those seeking a deeper life with God.

Groups will meet on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings (interchange if required) from 9/10 April to 21/22 May 2026.

The course includes six 15-minute videos (presented by Carolyn Arends), covering the following big questions in a down-to-earth way:

• What is Spiritual Formation?
• What is My Picture of God?
• What is My Picture of Myself?
• What is My Picture of the Gospel?
• How Do People Change?
• How Do I Follow Jesus?

Whether you are new to Renovaré or a long-term friend, this simple introductory course explores some profound themes rarely discussed in church circles.

Cost: The course is free to attend; a voluntary donation to help cover Renovaré’s hosting and administrative costs will be invited at the end.

When: From Thursday 9 April / Friday 10 April to Thursday 21 / Friday 22 May (break on 30th April). Thursday evening groups meet 7.30 - 8.15pm and Friday morning groups from 9.30 - 10.45am). There is flexibility to swap groups if required. Groups will meet on Zoom.

What to expect: We endeavor to make groups as friendly and informal as possible. We will gather online and watch a 15min video followed by conversation around the theme. Attendees will have access to pre-course information, weekly emails, course handouts, optional supporting podcast and devotional journal.
